Lord, allow us to see ourselves through your eyes and remove the vision that we see from our haters, disappointments, the past, our present state, the voices of our childhood and failed relationships. Give us tunnel vision through the eyes of Christ, that way we will see ourselves whole as you work on the areas that only you know are broken. Blind us from what we see and give us a view from where you abide so we can live in bold confidence for your glory.

Lord, give us the correct responses and the absense of a reaction to negative comments and attitudes. Allow us to focus our energy on you so we will not be moved by any situation...through Jesus name!

So those who are believers in Christ Jesus can no longer be condemned. Romans 8:1

So many times individuals try to make us feel guilty about our past mistakes but always remember no one is in a position to judge because we all have fallen short. Christ has assured us that we can no longer be condemned because we belong to him and he took care of all sin and death on the cross. Don't allow the enemy to make you feel unworthy of God's love by something you have done you are free from condemnation through the blood of Jesus. We can laugh in the enemies face because his judgment was determined thousands of years ago and our future looks so much better.

I pray this will be your testimony today for every situation in your life:

I love God because he listened to me, listened as I begged for mercy. He listened so intently
as I laid out my case before him.
Death stared me in the face,
hell was hard on my heels.
Up against it, I didn’t know which way to turn;
then I called out to God for help:
“Please, God!” I cried out. “Save my life!”
God is gracious—it is he who makes things right, our most compassionate God. God takes the side of the helpless; when I was at the end of my rope, he saved me. Psalms 116:1-2 MSG

Lord, give us the strength and wisdom not to react to senseless comments, the anointing to remember who we belong too, and the power to stand in the mist of opposition and chaos...by the blood.

Lord, there is so much wickedness in the world today its hard to find any peace. Why is the world so cruel?

My Child, as I warned Timothy I will remind you….in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!
(2 Tim 3:1-5)

But also remember that you are mine and I love you, and because of that….though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you. (Psalms 91:7)

Always remember….and be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matt 28:20)

Not only did I die to save you from sin, but I also died so that you would one day live with me in perfect conditions. Don’t be fearful, every detail as it relates to you was covered by my blood on the cross. Rest in me.

Only Through Jesus

I waited patiently for the LORD to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the LORD. Psalm 30:1-3 NLT

We were all in a pit of despair filled with mud and mire at some point in our lives. Mire is soil that is wet, swampy, and slimy. Being in a pit filled with mud and mire would make it virtually impossible to escape, or even stand. As it is in the natural so it is in the spiritual. Without Christ we are living life in a slimy pit and the only way of escape is through Jesus. The Psalmist says when God lifted him that’s when he was steadied. The only way to truly stand in this world with joy, peace, and God’s protection is through Jesus. Allow him to take your hand and pull you out so you can live the abundant life he created just for you.
